It was a wonderful way to start the school year for Lindisa Primary School as they received the gift of a state-of-the-art library and resource centre. The centre is the 42nd handover by the Imperial and Motus Community Trust, and the 8th library sponsored by Hyundai.
The school was identified by the Director of D8 and his team as being well managed. The first unannounced visit to the school confirmed the Director’s information. All teachers were busy teaching, the principal was at school concluding his duties and there was a general air of good practice permeating throughout the institution.
The handover of Lindisa increases the Trust’s footprint in District D8 – Sedibeng West to 13 schools and 13395 learners who now have access to current reading materials and resources to make learning fun and interactive.
